Q1. Is the delivery chargeable?
A. Yes. Please check with us for the pricing and availability for delivery timeline.(back to top)

Q2. Do you deliver to anywhere in Singapore?
A. Delivery is not applicable for Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, PSA Terminals, SAF Camps etc. (back to top)

Q3. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We can arrange international courier to the rest of the world via DHL or FedEx with additional cost. (back to top)

Q4. When can I expect to receive my order?

Our normal delivery timeline is additional 1 working day. For example, if your product is ready for collection today and you call for delivery, then it will be delivered to you at the next working day. (back to top)



For normal delivery timeline, the goods will be deliver to you between 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 6pm.

Q5. Can I specify a timing for delivery?
A. No. We will not be able to confirm the specific time of delivery, as they have their own route of deliveries. (back to top)

Q6. Will there be a possibility that the delivery will not arrive on schedule?

Yes. For example, if you order for a bike delivery and its raining heavily that day, we may not be able to deliver to you. However, our staff will contact you pertaining this and will make a reschedule for delivery. (back to top)

Q7. What happen when the delivery man reaches my place and I am not in?

A.



Usually our staffs will arrange with you for the delivery, or if the deliver man reaches and your are not in, our delivery man will wait for a maximum of 10mins. If you still can't reach on time, our delivery man will leave and you need to re-arrange for a delivery schedule. Additional delivery charges will be levied for rescheduling. (back to top)

Q8. Will my expedited order arrive on Sunday and Public Holidays?

No. We do not offer any expedited Saturday and Public Holidays delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified. (back to top)
